  • Shipping is Free on Gift Cards. Delivery takes 3 - 5 business days. Shipped via FedEx or UPS.
  • We ship live, wild-caught lobsters via Overnight Delivery to all 50 states, including Puerto Rico.
  • Order by 12 PM EST for next-day delivery (guaranteed arrival by 8 PM your time).
  • If you need an earlier delivery, select a date one day in advance.
  • Lobsters stay alive and fresh for up to 24 hours when stored properly. See Storage Information here.
  • You must provide a correct, accessible, secure shipping address.
    -    If your address is inaccessible or unsafe and FedEx marks the package as delivered, you are not able to claim a refund and are responsible for retrieving it from FedEx.

Minimum is 2 lobsters for size under 2 pounds. For size over 2 pounds, you can order just 1. But let’s be real—who eats just one lobster? We highly recommend two or more because sharing is caring (and more lobsters = more butter).

We get it—you want to do this the right way. The best method is quick and simple: take a sharp knife, locate the black line on top of the lobster’s head, and make a firm, decisive cut. It’s over in seconds. No drama, just deliciousness.
