Order by 12 PM EST for next-day delivery (guaranteed arrival by 8 PM your time). If you need an earlier delivery, select a date one day in advance. Lobsters stay alive and fresh for up to 24 hours when stored properly. See Storage Information here.
You must provide a correct, accessible, secure shipping address. If your address is inaccessible or unsafe and the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered, you cannot claim a refund and are responsible for retrieving it from the shipping carrier.
