Our minimum order is one box or 25 pounds of lobster. This applies to all customers, whether wholesale buyers or home chefs.  Free shipping on 100 pounds or more.

We ship live lobsters directly from our trusted lobstermen. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure the lobsters remain alive and as fresh as possible upon arrival.

If you encounter any issues with your lobsters, please document the condition with video and photos within 6 hours of delivery and send them to claims@lobsterboys.com. Make sure the video includes footage of the unopened box, breaking the original seal, and any damaged or immobile lobsters.

We accept claims for mortality and short weight that exceed 5% of your total order weight. For example, if you ordered 100 pounds and experience 7 pounds of loss, we will issue a credit for 2 poundsat the invoiced price. Any losses below this threshold are not eligible for credit.

Keep your lobsters in the refrigerator, ideally in a damp paper towel, and avoid storing them in water or sealed bags. They should be cooked within 24 hours of arrival for the best quality.

We recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours before your desired delivery date. All orders must be submitted by 10 PM Eastern Standard Time to be eligible for next-day shipping. We fulfill all orders the next day and they arrive within 24 hours of fulfillment.  (Plan for Order placed to delivery of 48 hours)

We offer 6 sizes/types of live lobsters on our website.

To make any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible atorders@lobsterboys.com. Orders cannot be altered once they have been processed for shipping.
