Domestic Shipping Only
Lobsterboys ships exclusively within the United States including Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Deadlines and Delivery Schedule
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to qualify for 24-hour delivery on the next day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
No Delivery on Sundays: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped overnight to ensure freshness and guaranteed delivery within 24 hours (from the time of shipment).
Shipping costs are calculated by our carriers at checkout.

Video unsealing and unboxing is required for refund eligibility within 6 hours of delivery. Please review our full Refund Policy.
Order by 12 PM EST for next-day delivery (guaranteed arrival by 8 PM your time). If you need an earlier delivery, select a date one day in advance. Lobsters stay alive and fresh for up to 24 hours when stored properly. See Storage Information here.
You must provide a correct, accessible, secure shipping address. If your address is inaccessible or unsafe and the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered, you cannot claim a refund and are responsible for retrieving it from the shipping carrier.
