Because live lobsters are a perishable product and how they are handled at all stages is critically important, we have a 6 hour refund policy, meaning you have 6 hours from receiving your order to request a refund.
Please note that to qualify for a refund, you must provide specific video and photo evidence as outlined below. We also require that the item remains in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Additionally, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
