Our live lobsters are sustainably harvested to ensure that future generations can enjoy the same exceptional quality. Purchased directly from lobstermen, we avoid middlemen, keeping the process transparent and traceable. From trap to table, you can be assured your lobster is of the highest quality, clean, and from the purest waters on earth.

  • Shipping is Free on Gift Cards. Delivery takes 3 - 5 business days. Shipped via the shipping carrier.
  • We ship live, wild-caught lobsters via Overnight Delivery to all 50 states, including Puerto Rico.
  • Order by 12 PM ET for next-day delivery (guaranteed arrival by 8 PM your time).
  • Holiday order cutoffs: Nov 24, Dec 23 and Dec 30, all at noon ET. Order early so your lobsters land in time for the feast.
  • If you need an earlier delivery, select a date one day in advance.
  • Lobsters stay alive and fresh for up to 24 hours when stored properly. See Storage Information here.
  • You must provide a correct, accessible, secure shipping address.
    -    If your address is inaccessible or unsafe and the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered, you are not able to claim a refund and are responsible for retrieving it from the shipping carrier.

Minimum is 2 lobsters for size under 2 pounds. For size over 2 pounds, you can order just 1. But let’s be real—who eats just one lobster? We highly recommend two or more because sharing is caring (and more lobsters = more butter).

We get it—you want to do this the right way. The best method is quick and simple: take a sharp knife, locate the black line on top of the lobster’s head, and make a firm, decisive cut. It’s over in seconds. No drama, just deliciousness.

Nope! These are live lobsters—we can’t exactly take them back and give them a second chance at the ocean. No returns, no take-backs. If you have any concerns, check out our Refund Policy.
