Our second order from Lobsterboys, and they screwed up, but their response has me singing their praises.
I ordered the Chef's Box of 13 lobsters on a Friday, with shipment scheduled for the following Friday for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately, there was a glitch with their fulfillment department and the 25 pounds of lobsters were shipped out the following Monday, with delivery on Tuesday - four days too early. I immediately called them and left a voicemail message. Within a half hour, I got a call back from Jen, who apologized profusely for their error and reassured me that they would send out another shipment for delivery on Saturday as initially requested. I asked her what we should do about the 13 gorgeous lobsters that had arrived too early, and her response was "Enjoy them".
