All shipments will require a one box minimum equating to a maximum of 25lbs or minimum of 20lbs. All purchase orders must be received by 4PM Eastern Standard Time zone. To submit a claim for product that has arrived at its final destination in less than acceptable form, a video and picture documentation must be provided within the first 6 hours of receiving the product. The documentation must include the weight on the scale as well as the product. Lobsterboys will accept the total credit amount after the first 5% inclusive of short weight and mortality. For example, you have ordered 100lbs and upon arrival you have 2lbs of short weight and 3lbs of deceased product, Lobsterboys would assume zero responsibility.
In another instance, you have ordered 100lbs and you have 2lbs of short weight and 10lbs of deceased product, Lobsterboys would assume 7lbs of the loss at the invoiced price.
