The Lobsterboys Blue Lobster Giveaway ("Contest") is sponsored by Lobsterboys ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, or any third-party platform.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lobsterboys or individuals directly involved in administering the contest are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
The Contest begins May 31, 2026 and ends June 3, 2026 at 11:59AM EST. The winner will be announced following the close of the Contest Period via Lobsterboys social media channels.

Each eligible comment or email/sms counts as one entry. No purchase necessary.
One (1) winner will receive the blue lobster found by the Lobsterboys founder. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
One winner will be selected from all eligible entries after the Contest closes on June 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
By entering, participants grant Lobsterboys the right to use their comments, usernames, and any associated content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across all platforms, royalty-free and in perpetuity.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by Lobsterboys, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or YouTube. By entering, participants release these platforms from all liability related to the Contest.

Order by 12 PM EST for next-day delivery (guaranteed arrival by 8 PM your time). If you need an earlier delivery, select a date one day in advance. Lobsters stay alive and fresh for up to 24 hours when stored properly. See Storage Information here.
You must provide a correct, accessible, secure shipping address. If your address is inaccessible or unsafe and the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered, you cannot claim a refund and are responsible for retrieving it from the shipping carrier.
