2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lobsterboys, their immediate family members, or affiliates are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins Friday, May 24, 2025, and ends Monday, June 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be announced and contacted via DM on June 11, 2025.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple comments do not increase your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) live, wild-caught lobster weighing approximately 10+ pounds, delivered directly to their door via overnight shipping. The lobster will be male and selected by the Lobsterboys team for size, health, and overall glory.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The one winner will be selected by the Lobsterboys team randomly as long as all requirements are met. The selected winner will be notified via Instagram direct message on or around June 11, 2025 and must respond within 48 hours to confirm shipping information.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another entry may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Lobsterboys, which are final. Lobsterboys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time for any reason.

9. Shipping & Delivery
The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address where they can receive a live shipment on the agreed delivery date. Shipping is included in the prize and will be arranged to ensure freshness and proper care. Lobsterboys is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or incorrect information.

You must provide a correct, accessible, secure shipping address. If your address is inaccessible or unsafe and the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered, you cannot claim a refund and are responsible for retrieving it from the shipping carrier.
