Born and raised in Stonington, Connecticut, Lobsterboys owner-operators Travis & Justin Maderia started lobster fishing at the ages of seven and eight. Fitted with oilers, gloves, and boots, their acumen for the industry was obvious from the start, building their lobster business into the largest Area 6 commercial operation on the New England Coast.

The Lobsterboys bring passion and a competitive nature to their work and they've grown rapidly since opening a state of the art live lobster facility, which allows them to connect with their product every step of the way. Their business model is founded in the belief of quality over quantity and their signature product - the North American live lobster - ranks among the best in the world.
